Abstract/Citation: Provides for social benefits payment to families without minimum guaranteed revenues. Eligible parties are a) parents working on labour contract or without employment for the following reasons: studies, unemployment without benefits, pensioners or invalids without benefits, b) one of the parents does not work for the following reasons: ill family members, children aged less than 3 years or less than 8 years if more than 3 children aged less than 16, pregnancy, etc. These benefits can also be granted to families without children and to single persons if they do not work for the same reasons.
