Abstract/Citation: Concerns conditions for determining hours of work for part-time workers upon demand. May be granted to pregnant women, women or men with a child or children who are less than 14, or invalid children who are less than 16, disabled persons and people taking care of ill family members. This agreement on part-time work can provide for: reduction of work hours or work days, but the part-time working day must not be shorter than half of the ordinary working day, and the part-time working week must be shorter than three work days per week. Wages are proportional to work time or accomplished work.
