Abstract/Citation: Provides that a person using facilities provided under the Training for Work Scottish Enterprise programme or the Training for Work Highlands and Islands Enterprise programme who is paid by the State is to be considered as not being employed. A similar person receiving payment from an employer is to be treated as employed and payment is to be considered earnings.
