Provide for the issue of "money orders" by Scottish industrial tribunals, in order to enable an interested party to secure the recognition or enforcement of that order in another state which is a Contracting State under the two Conventions on Jurisdiction and Enforcement of Judgements in Civil and Commercial Matters (including the Protocols annexed to the Conventions), signed in Brussels in 1968 and opened for signature in Lugano in 1988, respectively. |
