Abstract/Citation: Renders unlawful discrimination against persons on the ground of their disability in respect of their employment, accomodation, education, access to partnerships, membership of trade unions and clubs, access to premises, educational establishments, etc. Establishes investigation and conciliation procedures for violations. Section 61, subsection 2 states that persons who are HIV-positive are protected by this Ordinance.
