Abstract/Citation: In Part I, provides for conditions for the foundation (administration, membership, rights of members), registration, operation (public or entrepreneurial activities, prohibition to form armed or militarised units, monitoring and control of activities) and liquidation of public organisations. In Part II, deals with additional conditions for some public organisations and their associations such as political organisations (chapter 9), open public foundations (chapter 10), corporations or professional societies (chapter 11) and public sports organisations (chapter 12).
