| Abstract/Citation: | Adds, inter alia, a new section 2 in paragraph 20: trade unions may appoint one member to the work committee. The president of the committee chooses half of the rest of the committee from persons who are not employees of the enterprise. The other half are elected by employees or their representatives in secret elections. |
