| Abstract/Citation: | Cooperation shall consist of exchange of information, contacts between medical faculties and professional organisations, exchange of professionals and establishment of an expert commission responsible for mutual research programs (articles 1 and 3). Both States guarantee free medical care for citizens of the other State (article 4). |
