| Abstract/Citation: | Consists of 5 parts. Part I concerns basic regulations and extent of property corrections. Provides for examination of property rights, implementation of technical, biological, ecological and economic measures connected with determining the appropriate legal relationships (section 1). Concerns beginning and implementation of property corrections (sections 2 and 3), execution of property correction projects (section 4), simplified executions (section 5), property evidence (section 6), costs of property corrections (section 7) and organization of involved persons (section 8). Part II, III and IV deal respectively with property offices, the Slovak property fund and special regulations to ease injustice. Part V relates to the competence of national authorities. |
