| Abstract/Citation: | Consists of 4 parts. Aims at easing injustice done to owners between 1948 and 1989. Fixes rights and duties of owners, original owners and tenants. Part I concerns basic regulations and scope of coverage of law. States that persons from foreign countries cannot become land owners and makes provision for compensation to expropriated persons. Part II deals with legitimate persons, valid evidence and return procedures. Part III provides for the rights of land funds and Part IV contains special transition conditions. |
