| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for procedure to be followed in the privatization project. The Government decides whether national property is to be sold with or without public auction. Transfer of the national property can be carried out through bonds purchase. Funds thus collected are deposited into a special account of the National Properties Fund of the Republic of Slovakia. |
