| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes an employment fund with the goal of financing an active employment policy and the financial protection of employees. The fund further guarantees the creation of jobs for the benefit of society, the retraining of employees and interventions in the labour market. Contributions to the fund amount to 3 percent for employers, 1 percent for employees and 4 percent for the self-employed. |
