Abstract/Citation: Provides that any worker who has contributed towards old-age, disability and survivors' benefits under the compulsory scheme for at least five years may, if he no longer qualifies for compulsory insurance, continue to contribute on a voluntary basis. Detailed provisions cover the amount of contributions, resumption of compulsory coverage, benefits, and other related matters.
