Abstract/Citation: | Amends Article 146 of the Constitution by repealing in clause (3) the words "an appeal or complaint" and subtituting therefore the words "a complaint" and by repealing in clause 7 the definition of "public authority" and substituting the following definition: " "Public authority" means a Ministry, department or division of Government". |
