Abstract/Citation: Establishes the Environmental Protection Agency; provides for the powers, the function and the governing body of the Agency; the establishment of a committee to be known as the Hazardous Chemical Committee, and of a fund to be known as the National Environmental Fund. Empowers the Board to create such departments or divisions in the Agency as it may consider necessary. Repeals the Environment Protection Council Decree, 1974, and the Environment Protection Council (Amendment) Decree, 1976.
