Abstract/Citation: |
Amends the Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57), inter alia, by adding "immediately before the expected date of her commencement of maternity leave" after "26 weeks" to section 12(1), by adding "immediately" after "40 weeks" in section 14(2)(a), and by amending the provisions relating to amount of severance payment and amount of long service payment. Adds a seventh Schedule listing maximum amounts payable and calculation of relevant years of service. |
