Abstract/Citation: Amends the Employees' Compensation Ordinance (Cap. 282) in respect of, inter alia, employer's liability for compensation for death or incapacity resulting from accident, compensation in case of temporary insanity, payment of medical expenses, medical expenses for accidents occurring outside Hong Kong, determination of medical expenses payable, method of calculating earnings, compensation in case of occupational disease, and prohibition of termination of contracts of service during periods of disability.
