Abstract/Citation: Entitles owners of domestic capital invested in Indonesia to designate a director of their choice. Other employees may be foreign only to the extent that national labour is not available. Enterprises are required to carry out and/or to provide facilities for education and training of nationals to the extent considered necessary by the government.
