Abstract/Citation: Entitles owners of capital invested in Indonesia freely to appoint the members of boards of director. Other positions in the enterprises may be filled with foreigners to the extent national manpower is not available. Foreign enterprises are required to provide regular training of Indonesians with a view to replacing foreign nationals.
