| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for the establishment of a Capital Investments Coordinating Board with broad functions to evaluate, structure and direct capital investments in Indonesia. The policy development functions are coupled with rights to issue permits including the authority, delegated from the Ministry of Manpower who issues regulations on the subject, to evaluate and grant work permits to foreigners to be employed through capital investments in Indonesia. |
