Abstract/Citation: With the purpose to speed up the issuance of work permits to foreigners and to permit deviation of working time regulations, this regulation delegates authority to issue work permits to the local authority and prescribes minimum conditions of work (working time, minimum wages, meals to be provided) to be extended to workers in the area. Prohibits the issuance of work permits of this kind to "under-aged" workers and to "late pregnant" women. Includes, in annexes, the forms to be used.
