Abstract/Citation: Only licensed companies are entitled to apply for work permits to employ foreign artists and entertainers. A Workers Employment Plan must be submitted together with applications for work permits and this plan must evidence that the company intends to employ as many Indonesian as foreign artists. Regulates the details of the application procedure.
