Abstract/Citation: Stipulates the conditions and costs for a company to obtain a permit to provide employment services, including arranging work permits for foreigners in Indonesia. The obligations of companies engaged in recruitment of foreigners in and for work in Indonesia, include a requirement to encourage the foreign labour employer to carry out the Education and Training Program for Indonesian and the Indonesialization of Employees Program.
