| Abstract/Citation: | Regulates the procedure and obtention of a permit to advertise for and recruit workers. If prior arrangements have been made with an employer abroad, the application must contain supporting documents to that effect. Only agents with a record of sending workers abroad may be permitted to advertise for workers without having made prior arrangements with a foreign employer. |
