Abstract/Citation: Simplifies employment taxes on domestic services, coordinates collection of domestic service employment taxes with collection of income taxes, and provides for nonpayment of benefits to incarcerated individuals and those confined in criminal cases pursuant to conviction or by court order based on findings of insanity.
