Abstract/Citation: Removes the provisions of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978 and of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 which exclude part-time workers from rights under those Acts and provides that periods of part-time employment will count in the computation of periods of employment under the 1978 Act. Made under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972.
