Abstract/Citation: Lists definitions of the terms agricultural lands, critical and unpredictable labor demands, field work, fruits, vegetables, horicultural specialities, other perishable commidities, seasonal, seasonal agricultural services and vegetables of relevance for determining which special agricultural workers may be admitted for temporary residence under the Immigration Control and Reform Act of 1986. Asssits the Immigration and Naturalization Service in determining which special agricultural workers may be admitted for temporary residence.
