Abstract/Citation: Details the procedural requirements concerning fingerprinting of foreigners above the age of fourteen as well as recordkeeping of such prints. The fingerprinting requirements are waived for certain immigrants including foreign government officials and employees and for non immigrants remaining less than one year in the United States.
