Abstract/Citation: Establishes the Public Services Commission. Its functions include, inter alia, advising the Government on the criteria for appointment to public offices; promoting efficiency, accountability and integrity in public services; improving recruitment policies; reviewing the organization, structure and manpower requirements of agencies and bodies in the Public Services, and advising the Government on such manpower rationalization as may be necessary for maximum utilization of human resources; and performing any other duties assigned to it under the Constitution or other enactment.
