Abstract/Citation: Inserts in section 3(1) of the Social Security Act 1964 new definitions of, inter alia, "contract of insurance", "debt insurance payment", "existing debt", "health or disability insurance payment" and "income-related insurance payment"; repeals under subsection 3(1) the definition of "income", and subtitutes a new definition; repeals section 61G and replaces it with section 61G entitled "special benefit"; and inserts a new section 68A concerning special provisions applying to insurance payments.
