Abstract/Citation: Applies to employment in enterprises with foreign owned capital which are established and operating within the territory of Vietnam pursuant to the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam and also applies to foreign employees in enterprises, unless stipulated to the contrary in other laws. Includes provisions on labour recruitment and training, labour contracts, collective agreements, working hours and holidays, trade unions, wages, social insurance, occupational health and safety, labour inspection and resolution of labour disputes.
