Second Region

Sets forth provisions concerning investment by foreign enterprises and private persons in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Chapter II provides for forms of investment, Chapter III concerns investment guarantee measures, Chapter IV deals with rights and obligations of foreign enterprises and private persons investing in Vietnam and Chapter V provides for the State authorities responsible for management of foreign investment. Repeals the Regulations on Foreign Investment in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam issued under Decree No. 115/CP of 18 April 1977.
