Abstract/Citation: Specifies that the parties of the contract are the employer (legal person or individual) and the worker (any citizen aged more than 16-exceptionally 15), and provides that the contract can be concluded for an undetermined period, a determined period of 5 years maximum or for the performance of a specific task. Provides that the contract can not set forth dismissal conditions, disciplinary measures, nor responsibilities not previewed by the legislation, and that the contract cannot establish procedures of disputes settlement not provided for. Annexed is a model of labour contract.
