The purpose of the provisions is to improve the efficiency of the reporting , calculating, inspecting and handling of industrial accidents, and to promote preventive measures to reduce accidents Ch. II governs the reporting of accidents. Ch. III deals with inspection of accidents. Ch. IV provides for handling accidents. Ch. V contains supplementary rules. Available in English.
