These Rules aim to protect the safety and health of workers in rural enterprises. It stipulates principles of management for eliminating occupational hazards in rural economic sectors. Protection requirements and working conditions are set out in particular for those rural enterprises rendered hazardous by dust or toxicity, boilers and pressurized containers, etc.
