Abstract/Citation
This Act, incorporating all changes through 1979, requires employers to pay their Indian employees a gratuity upon repatriation. Fixes the modalities of this payment under the supervision of the competent Commissioner. Specifies that failure to pay the required gratuity entitles the Commissioner make the payment on the employers' behalf out of the Advance Account Fund.
