Abstract/Citation: |
Section 47 of the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act of 1993 provides that a person under age 55 who receives moneys in respect to redundancy in excess of a prescribed amount may be disqualified for receiving unemployment benefit for a period of up to nine weeks. These Regulations increase the amount prescribed for the purposes of this disqualification. |
