| Abstract/Citation: | Provides that on the application of a pensioner who is in receipt of a pension payable under the terms of the Pensions and Other Benefits Act, 1979, the Pensions Officer may commute the whole of that pension where that pension is less than the minimum pension specified for the time being in a notice in terms of section 3 of the Pensions Review Act (Chapter 334), as payable to pensioners. |
