Second Region

Lays down policy for domestic and foreign investment, to be supervised by the Board of Investments created under the Order. Book VI of the Code addresses incentives for export processing zone enterprises. Repeals Batas Pambansa Nos. 44 and 391, Presidential Decrees Nos. 218, 1419, 1623 (as amended), 1789 and 2032 and Executive Orders Nos. 815 and 1945.
