Abstract/Citation: |
Provides that where an employer has given an employee paid leave during a period of time during which the worker, without working, received special maternity allowance or parental allowance under the Sickness Insurance Act, the employer is entitled to compensation from the Sickness Insurance in accordance with this Act. |
