Abstract/Citation: Provides that section 4c of the Workers' Pensions Act is still applicable to workers who have reached the age of 55 before the entry into force of this Act and who (at the time of entry into force) are entitled to daily allowance under the Act to protect the livelihood of unemployed persons or education allowance under the Act respecting manpower policy adult education.
