Abstract/Citation: Comprised of 5 Parts, 60 Sections and a Schedule. Part I provides for interpretation, application and amendment of the Schedule. Part II concerns the establishment of the Administrative Appeals Board and the composition of the Board. Part II deals with appeals to the Board. Part IV governs immunity, extension of time-limits, offences relating to the Board, and related matters. Part V provides for supplemental and consequential amendments. The Ordinance amends, inter alia, the Apprenticeship Ordinance, the Employment Ordinance, the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance and the Quarries (Safety) Regulations.
