| Abstract/Citation: | Provides that single parents are entitled to preference for acceptance of his or her children in day nurseries. Single parents are also entitled to preference for vocational training under conditions and rules established by the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs. The Government shall give to single parents increased loans for housing needs. |
