Abstract/Citation: Concerns the suspension of social security benefits if an individual is deported under certain provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act, an exemption from Social Security for employees and employer who are both members of certain religious faiths opposed to acceptance of insurance benefits including those provided by Social Security, and an exemption from Social Security for certain employees of churches and church-controlled organisations.
