Comprised of 112 Articles concerning matters including the form of government and religion, executive power of the King or Queen and matters relating to the Royal family, and voting rights and the legislative and judicial powers. Provides for freedom of expression and of the press, and requires that the State be responsible for creating conditions enabling every person capable of work to earn a living by his work. States that specific provisions concerning the right of employees to co-determination at their work place shall be laid down by law. Grants the right to an environment that is conducive to health and to natural surroundings whose productivity and diversity are perserved. Gives the State an obligation to respect and ensure human rights.
