| Abstract/Citation: | Provisions concerning the transition of the Constitution of the People's Republic of Mongolia to the Constitution of Mongolia. Extends the mandates of the legislatures (Great and Small State Hural), and sets out their powers during the transitional period. The powers of the President and the judiciary are likewise extended. International treaties signed by the People's Republic of Mongolia shall continue to apply, unless expressly stated otherwise. |
