Abstract/Citation: Amends the Minimum Wage Act 1983 (ss. 2, 5, 8(1), 10 and 11). In particular, new s. 5 requires the Minister of Labour to review each year any minimum rate prescribed pursuant to s. 4 of the Act. Adds new ss. 8A, 8B, 8C and 8D on wages and time records and the right of inspectors to enter for enforcement purposes, and new s. 11A on compliance orders.
