Abstract/Citation: |
Adds a new occupational safety and health standard which requires employers of 11 or more hand-labourers in agricultural field work to provide toilets, portable drinking water and handwashing facilities in the field without cost to these employees. The introductory note to the standard contains statistics on field labourers and a table outlining field sanitation standards of the states. |
