Abstract/Citation
The demolisher is obliged, before demolition and in case of the presence of asbestos, to inform the District Head of Labour Inspection, in writing, about the name of the company executing the work and the exact time at which work shall begin. The Asbestos Decree Labour Circumstances Law, intended for employers, stipulates that the company executing the work shall remove all asbestos-containing materials as far as possible prior to beginning the demolition. The same applies to dismantling objects. The Labour Circumstances Law stipulates that it is forbidden to rework asbestos, to have a supply of asbestos for commercial purposes, or to make it available to third persons.
