Second Region

Provides that the application for a pension (old age, disability, retirement, survivor's) must be done via the enterprise, institution, etc, within which the worker has accomplished his last work period. Contains a list of documents to be presented to the social protection body concerned which would take a decision "on the basis of a multiform, complete and objective examination" of the application.
